The hotel provided us with luxurious amenities and fulfilled our every need. the spa, garden area and private facilities were particularly impressive, making our stay truly memorable. the restaurant exceeded expectations with an array of special diet menus, and the in-room breakfast was divine.
The only negative was the extra city tax fee, however we understand this is common across Amsterdam hotels. the service was excellent and the location was perfect, situated near tram stations and a beautiful park.

Excellent service from entire team, especially mention for Joeki, a helpful concierge. Provided tailored recommendations and even secured highly sought-after restaurant reservations. Welcoming atmosphere, luxury facilities working properly, cozy living room with free coffee and cookies throughout the day.
